Life still happening...

I guess a lot has happened since February 16th (my last post). Frankly, I'm not writing so much because I'm inspired, but because I think it's about time and there is so much happening.

Some friends of ours have recently had God give them a real, clear message about getting out of their comfort zone. When this family was not even looking for a job, one presented itself to them. Outside of their industry, outside of their experience, away from their friends, and away from 1/2 of their family, but God made it clear that they should move 1,700 miles away

It brings to mind a couple of big thoughts:
1. We should make all decisions, not with God as a double check, but with God as a driver. What I mean is that instead of determining what we want, and then asking God if he's cool with it, we should be constantly praying that he leads us in any direction, and that we clearly follow him.
2. Be willing to get out of our comfort zone. I guess I don't even know where to start with that, but there's not much (outside of work) right now that is outside of my comfort zone. We have a nice home, a good job, a good family life, etc. I don't know what he wants from us (I do believe that it is this for now), but I need to be praying for his leadership and our openness to everything.

It's late. So, that's about all I have to say.
